Parent, Teacher, Friends Association
About Us
The Springwood Parent, Teacher, Friends Association or PTFA is an excellent way to bring together parents, teachers and the local community, to raise money and help support the school.
It provides an opportunity for everyone to work together to:
- Raise funds to help the school provide resources and extra for the pupils.
- Provide support for school trips and outings and other special events.
All parents, teachers and school staff can get involved even if they only have a small amount of time available. You may wish to join the committee and be involved in the organisation, or just be available to serve teas and coffees at PTFA events - you may even just like to provide the odd cake here and there!
Whatever you preferred commitment, large or small, the Springwood PTFA would be very grateful for your help.

Springwood High School PTFA 100 Club
Welcome to the SHS 100 Club!
Looking for a fun way to support Springwood High School while giving yourself a chance to win cash prizes? You’re in the right place!
By joining our 100 Club, you’re not just entering exciting prize draws—you’re directly helping to fund vital resources, enrichment activities, and memorable events for our students. It’s a win-win!
2025/26 has been its debut year and we have paid out a total of £617.40 in winnings to 18 lucky winners, while raising £826.60 for the school.
Applications are now open for the 2026/27 academic year. Annual membership is £24 for the full 6 draws or however many you’d like to enter at £4 per draw.
Complete and sign the membership form (linked below), then pay your fee via bank transfer or by cash/card at any PTFA event. We’ll allocate you a membership number that enters you into the half-termly draws throughout the academic year.
Want More Chances to Win? You can purchase additional numbers - just multiply the fee by the number of entries you'd like.
All participants must be 16 or older. Full details are available in our membership pack linked below.
