80% of grades achieved were *A-C,  48% of grades achieved were *A-B,  19% of grades achieved were *A/A,  99% of grades achieved were *A-E and 27 Norfolk Scholars

Springwood High School is proud to announce continued success with its best ever ‘A’ level results!

80% of grades achieved were *A-C,  48% of grades achieved were *A-B,  19% of grades achieved were *A/A,  99% of grades achieved were *A-E and 27 Norfolk Scholars.

In addition to the outstanding academic results achieved the school is proud of its excellent extra-curricular achievements.  These include 90% of students achieving A* in the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) which is highly regarded by universities;   and 13 students have achieved the prestigious Duke of Edinburgh Gold.

Executive Headteacher Andy Johnson said “I congratulate all of the students and staff for these excellent results. The Sixth Form team has the highest expectations for every student and works tirelessly to ensure that every student achieves outstanding grades and secures their “first choice” future. Our aim is for every student to have absolute confidence that their aspirations will be secured at our Sixth Form. These results clearly show that we have achieved this aim this year”

Chair of Trustees, Roger Livesey said “Springwood High School has worked hard to create an outstanding Sixth Form. These results show the Sixth Form to be a beacon of excellence in Norfolk and Nationally - Well done to students and staff!”
