42F Kings Lynn Air cadets Challenge

42F Kings Lynn Air cadets has been Parading Virtually every week , all through lockdown but has not been able to complete the normal activities so as it is the 80th anniversary of the Air Training Corps, cadets and staff of the squadron have decided to challenge themselves and raise money for a local charity in King's Lynn!

Between February and March, cadets - many who are students at our High Schools -will be trying to complete a total distance of 80km during their daily exercise ( running, walking or cycling , which can be indoors or outside in our local areas.) Over the course of the challenge, they will log the total distance until the target of 80km.

Those who successfully complete the challenge, will be awarded commemorative medals

These medals are designed to commemorate both the challenge and the 80th anniversary of our organisation.

Throughout the challenge, we are raising money for

The Bridge For Heroes

, who provide mental health and wellbeing support to the Armed Forces community, veterans and their families. They are currently offering support during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis by providing home visits, basic provisions and online webinars for the socially vulnerable.
