A huge thank you on behalf of the school goes out to all of the transition leaders that have worked tirelessly over the last two terms to ensure that the new Y7 settled into high school life as quickly as possible.
On Wednesday 21st October the Sixth Form Social Committee have been getting into the Great British 'Bake Off' spirit.
Ella Harvey and her crew ' Entity Allstars' wowed the Britains Got Talent judges and audience and got through to the final stages of the show.

On Friday 9th October, Springwood welcomed Martin Burder, who presented the Sixth Form with ‘The Art of Brilliance’. The message of the workshop was to encourage students to adopt a positive outlook on school and indeed, life.
On Wednesday 7th October we put down our pens and used different ways of learning for No Pens Day.
Some of our Year 8s were inspired with poetry by a visit from Ash Dickinson, a poet, writer and comedy performer.
Friday 2nd October saw our Sixth Formers put their baking skills to the test and held a Cake Sale for 'Help for Heroes' where they raised over £90.
