COMPULSORY TASK:

1) Complete the booklet on numeracy questions. If there are areas which you have not encountered before, then you should carry out independent research. Suggested websites for this are BBC Bitesize, Tutor 2 U, Taking the Biz YouTube channel.

2) Research 2 contrasting businesses (different sectors) and explain how each business has been impacted from Technology/ Brexit/ Conflict in Europe. Think about the impact on: employees, suppliers, customers, managers, costs, business procedures and product ranges (1 paragraph on each)

OPTIONAL EXTENSION:

Read any of the books from the additional reading section and write a review of no more than 2 sides of A4 paper of key points that you have found.

Visit any business to ascertain how it works/behind the scenes. For example, Manufacturing, Retail, Leisure.
