On Friday 27th March our sixth formers fired questions at the five contenders who are so far known to be contesting the North West Norfolk constituency.

The debate, which included Conservative candidate Henry Bellingham, Labour’s Jo Rust, UKIP’s Toby Coke, Liberal Democrat Hugh Lanham and the Green Party’s Michael de Whalley, was chaired by George Pettit, the school’s director of sixth form.

And, in a vote at the end, more than half of the audience gave their backing to Mrs Rust.
